Ugh!  So as my loyal readers you get to hear my garden dilemma for the day.  My entire crop of sweet corn has been compromised by pesky little earworms :(  The little buggers get inside the husks and eat the corn and cause it rot...but you can't really tell they are in there until you harvest and husk the corn...GRRRR.  I harvested 37 ears of corn yesterday and was able to salvage a whopping 2 ears!  I still have about 30+ ears developing but I don't know if they already have the little pests or not...what to do..what to do...should I pull out my whole crop (60 or so plants) and replant with hopes of the infestation not recurring or just let it continue to grow and hope for the best?  If I just let it continue to grow I don't know how to try to eliminate the earworms.  I really want to stay away from store bought pest controls but I may have to breakdown :(  Yes... I am fishing for any ideas and or suggestions from my readers...any help out there?!?
