So I went to Safeway and they had Betty Crocker cake mix, frostings and cookie mix on sale for Buy 2 Get 3 FREE.....I had four .50/1 coupons for the frosting....this is where you can stack coupons like I explained in the "Stacking" section. I could have used 5 coupons, but only had 4...so this is my scenario.
The products were $2.19 each and I was only paying for 2 and getting 3 free....so my total would have been $4.38...but I used my four .50/1 coupons, which all doubled to $1.00....I got all 5 products (pictured below) for a grand total of ......drumroll......48 cents!
