I use a "Trapper Keeper Folder" (zip close three ring binder). On the inside of my folder there is an expandable accordion type of insert on the left, which is where I put my weekly grocery store ads, as well as the zip closure pouch where I keep an extra pen, highlighter, pair of scissors and a small calculator.
Inside of my folder, I added in clear plastic sheet protectors. I have one sheet protector as my very front page, which holds my weekly grocery list.
To organize my coupons I purchased top loading clear vinyl horizontal 4"x6" photo presentation pages, which I purchased at an office supply store. Each sheet has two slots, one on top and one on the bottom, as well as a small slot on the outer side to put your category label in..for the category labels I just typed them up in word and cut them to fit in the slots.
****I DO HAVE A SAVED DOCUMENT WITH ALL OF MY CATEGORIES THAT I CAN EMAIL TO WHO EVER WOULD LIKE IT...JUST EMAIL ME AND I WILL GET IT OVER TO YOU! ****
I have a few extra pages in the back to throw any mail in rebate forms or restaurant coupons or any other misc things I come across.

Behind all of my coupon pages I have a divider and a full size clear sheet protector for each grocery store that I visit. The reason I have these is I will go through the weekly grocery ads for each store at home and pull out any coupons for sale items that I find and place them in that stores pouch. So when I go into the store I don't have to dig through all my coupons to find a certain one, they are already there. Then when I pickup the item I take that coupon out of the specific store pouch and place it in the "checkout" pouch. The "Checkout" pouch is the last divider and sheet protector in my binder...so when I am in the store and I pickup the product I have a coupon for I immediately place the coupon in the "checkout" pocket. This is so when I get up to the cash register all I have to do is reach into the "checkout" pocket and hand the cashier all of the coupons I will be using for my purchase. Simple as that!
